Trash company
Trash company. Horrendous customer service. If you have to exchange something, forget about it. They didn't reply to a single one of my mails. I called them, talked to an agent, got told that they "can't help me but will escalate the issue further" and that "someone will call me", but after 7 days still no call or reply.
Better burn your money than call them. So trash, so shameful. Absolutely loathe this company.

Absolutely horrendous customer service
Absolutely horrendous customer service. Ordered something never got it. Called and they kept saying someone would get back to me then they only partially refunded the item I never recieved. Still never heard from customer service so I called back. Got the same response and had to issue a charge back through my credit card. Don't buy from this company!!

This company is a complete shambles and i am surprised they are still in business !
Customer service is shocking , Ordered an item to which they took the money but nothing arrived or even a despatch number Every call ( 6 ) wentthrough to someone who could not do anything and had no access to the orders , Promises to pass the message on by email and nothing , Now i am trying to get my money back from the bank , Do not buy from this company if you can help it guys

Wrong size chart and no customer service
I wish I has checked the other reviews before ordering. I like their products but the customer service is horrible. The size chart is not accurate and the bra I ordered is 2 sized too small. When I tried to return in, it took 5 days for customer service to reply with a canned email and a link. It said I could not return the item for safety reason. When I asked for more details I never heard back. This is just very disappointing. I would never order again from them.

Faulty goods and poor service
Poor quality, faulty goods. Sizes not as advertised (this seems to be a common theme in the reviews)
General enquires line staffed by rude, obstructive and downright unpleasant staff.
However, Ana Maria in the Customer Service department has been very helpful in resolving my issues.

Very disappointed with AP customer service
I have been ordering a lot from AP. I ordered my usual size and it was twice bigger than normal size. I had to cover all costs. I contacted them and asked cover my costs because of the issue with the size. They refused saying that they won’t cover anything due the size not being suitable. It would be suitable if it was a right size. I ordered size UK 6 and it was like size 12 UK. I’m really disappointed with the service.

Several orders came with defective…
Several orders came with defective items (ink marks, scratches, rips). Customer services ignore numerous requests to provide a return label to return faulty items, I had to pay myself to return. Disappointing experience.
Order never showed up!
What an awful experience, I will be never shopping with this brand ever again. I made an order on the 22/12/22 and it never got delivered. DPD said they had it and were on route to deliver but they never did. I call the brand 3 times and no one from the customer service team was available so my details were taken and was guaranteed a call back but this never happened, shock. I emailed multiple times and no helpful response. It has nearly been a month now and I still have no order or no return even though I have contacted multiple times. When I emailed to say that I needed a refund as my package never arrived they sent me a link to return my parcel but how am I meant to return a parcel to a post office if I never got this parcel!

The worst company ever and they dont repsond to any compalints!! Full order came not true to description not true to size at all i had to send back myself pay myself and they didnt give money back for delivery nor for sending back so they owe me 11,50£ dont reply to amy complaints i wrote multiple emails i called london they dont care about thsi never ever but there cause you will be charged for delivery 7£ and you need to pay ypuself for sending back even if all items were not true to description!

Its basically so simple to solve, but they completely fail.
I realize that I’m lost here, and that we never ever will be able to use this 400 pound Mercy Corset , despite the first 1 hour before it was broken.
A gold button went off after 1 hour. They don't know how to help me. They don't repair, they don't have spare parts to send for my own repair and cost, they have nothing but silence. I am so angry and frustrated. What a hoax

Shipping Service used (DHL) is scammy
Shipping Service they use (DHL) was frustrating to work with - paid shipping and handling fees at time of purchase and was charged again at the time of pick up. Emailed AP and they just responded with import fees should be %5 of the total cost of the order (it was 20% they charged) and said they cant do anything about DHL charging additional S&H fees (which I'm not mad at the import fees! its the additional extra shipping and handling fees charged at time of pickup on top of the large shipping and handling fee I already paid at time of purchase!)...any ways, AP was not helpful at all.
Unethical to no disclose all shipping/handling fees at time of purchase.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not buy from this brand. Not only is it overpriced it’s extremely scammy. The returns policy is non-existent so if you buy an overpriced item that does not fit you will not be able to return it. Extreme rudeness when trying to return in store. The contact number does not work and internet support is so slow that you run out of the returns time window. I haven’t been encountered something this bad in a while. I’d recommend to stay well away.

Won’t be buying again for sure
Like many others here, I too have the similar disappointed experience with this company. After submitting an order, many days had passed, no tracking, no response and of course no item was delivered. For a company who charges premium prices for their products and high shipping costs, their online service is clearly not up to the standard. I don’t feel comfortable doing business with such company again.

No return for damaged item !
I purchased Christmas gifts in Last week of November ~ kinda makes sense ! My Wife opens Her gift on Dec 25 and it’s defective. Guess what Agent Provocateur says NOPE - no returns after 28 Days. Period ! Can’t help you ! 2 days over the 28 day Policy
Exchanges are not allowed!!!
Wanted to exchange a gift as it was small. Was not asking for a refund but their sizes are small, yet they refused. I would probably have purchased additional items had they been more willing to exchange for bigger size but I will never shop there now. Victoria's Secret is the one to shop at. Amazing customer service and willing to use common sense for their customers.
